Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how PipSprout handles information when you use the iOS app and this support site.

Information You Create In The App

PipSprout lets you create sprout cards, notes, local activity, app settings, and a local PIN. This garden data is stored on your device. We do not require an account and we do not provide cloud sync.

Information Sent When You Contact Us

If you choose to send feedback from the app, the feedback text you enter and an app device identifier may be sent to us. We use this information to respond to product suggestions, understand issues, maintain app operation, and support basic analytics and diagnostics.

Device Identifier

The app may create and store a device identifier in the Keychain. The identifier helps connect feedback and operational requests from the same app installation. It is not used for cross-app advertising tracking.

Local Storage

PipSprout stores garden data in the app container. It uses UserDefaults for local settings such as the PIN state and other small preferences. The local PIN is not stored in the Keychain.

Network Use

The app can connect to the internet when you send feedback or open the Website entry. Network requests may process basic technical information such as app version, device type, system version, request time, and connection information so the request can be completed and the app can be maintained.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information for cross-app advertising tracking. We may use service providers only as needed to operate the app, receive feedback, maintain reliability, or comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

Local garden data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the local garden, or uninstall the app. Feedback records may be retained as long as reasonably needed for support, diagnostics, and app maintenance.

Your Choices

• You can choose not to send feedback.
• You can edit or delete sprout cards in the app.
• You can clear the local garden from Settings.
• You can delete the app to remove app-container data from the device.

Children's Privacy

PipSprout is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for information handled by the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page with an updated date.
